Product description and features

Readymade headlight with 3 watt LED inside a white housing. With large heatsink for up to 15 minutes permanent operating.

Variant description

• Variant white: Suitable for R/C models based on modern airplanes.
• Variant warmwhite: Suitable for R/C models based on oldstyle airplanes e. g. Warbirds.
• Variant Clear glass optics: The clear glass optic generates a highly collimated light beam (spot). Perfectly suitable e. g. as landing light.
• Variant Ribbed optics: The ribbed optic generates an oval shaped light beam. Suitable e. g. as taxi light or recognition/WigWag lighting.

PLUG & SHINE! Anschluss

For installing the headlight no soldering is necessary.

The headlight is fully wired with approx. 6cm (2.36in) connection cable and two-pole socket. It can be plugged to the enclosed lighting voltage regulator* then it can be connected to a light control unit with the optional available lighting patch cable (item no. OPT4740). See tab Accessories.

With the optional available lighting distribution board (item no. OPT7020) up to three headlights or light modules can be operated on one lighting channel. See tab Accessories.

Connection and wiring hints

All PLUG & SHINE! lighting modules can be plugged to the MPX connector with pin strip, plug & socket (item no. A85400) or the Wing connector 8pin with pin strip, plug & socket (item no. A85405). See also tab Accessories etc.
