The APlastics Volvo 242GT body shell brings the timeless character of a classic Scandinavian performance coupe to 1/10 scale RC drift and touring builds. Its iconic boxy silhouette, clean body lines and authentic proportions create a distinctive appearance inspired by one of the most recognizable European sports coupes of its era. Combining understated styling with strong motorsport heritage, this body shell provides an excellent foundation for vintage street builds, period-correct projects and detailed scale creations.
This shell fits most 1/10 RC drift and touring chassis in the 255–260mm wheelbase class and is vacuum-formed from clear Lexan polycarbonate for durability without adding unnecessary weight. Supplied clear for complete customization, it allows builders to create everything from factory-inspired restorations to lowered street cars and competition-inspired projects. Precision molding and realistic proportions reflect the craftsmanship and attention to detail expected from every APlastics body shell.
